a) To note and approve payments since March 23rd 2026 meeting. (as circulated to Councillors)
b) To approve the draft accounts for 2025/26 at Duffy Regan for Independent Examination.
c) Confirm Asset Register for 2026. Circulated to Cllrs.
d) Confirm Insurance provider from June 1st 2025… continuing Hiscox insurance on the third of a three year deal from June 2024.
e) Approve membership payment to CALC and NALC – professional PC support @ £280.76 inc VAT
f) To approve the use of standing order to pay Clerk’s salary NALC payscale mark 13.
g) To approve the PC financial risk assessment (circulated to cllrs)
