Confirm the minutes of the<\/strong><strong> Meetings of the Council.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monday <strong>17<\/strong><sup><strong>th<\/strong><\/sup><strong> November 2025 <\/strong><em>(circulated in advance)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. <\/strong><strong>Planning Matters.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) No applications pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. <\/strong><strong>Financial Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Note the payments and income since 15<sup>th<\/sup> September (circulated to cllrs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) Consider and approve budget for 2026 27<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) Consider and agree precept request to MHDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) Clerks national salary increase back dated to April 2025 in line with national agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e) Consider and approve one off grant of \u00a3200 to Nora Parsons Dementia Group<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f) Consider and approve an ongoing grant of \u00a3200 per year to Nora Parsons Daycare Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
