2. Confirm the minutes of the meetings of the Council Monday 19th Jan 2026 Approved

3. Planning Matters.

a) No applications pending.

b) Erosion of the banks of the River Teme. The PC will contact Dr Moore at the surgery for an update on their thoughts and actions.

c) The PC noted the adoption of the new South Worcestershire Development Plan.

5. Clerk’s report and Lengthsman matters.

  1. Cllr Bellamy raised the issue of the road surface in the old Bromyard Road. It requires sweeping and repairing.
  2. There is a market stall available for the PC to use on the 12th April to liaise with parishioners.
  3. Reports from the Lengthsman were welcomed and issues to be reported on include the road surface at Bridge Cottage, Suckley Road has deteriorated, the bend at the top of Rectory Lane has become slippery and vehicles have left the road there, the Livery Signs are needed in Easinghope Lane.
  4. The new replacement notice board will be installed shortly.

6. Items for the next meeting.

Community engagement for the PC, River Erosion and the attendance of the EA if possible.
